March 12, 2022 – Hamel Co-op Grain Co – Farm Animal Petting Zoo
I coordinated and facilitated this free community event. Local FFA members brought pigs, goats, sheep, rabbits, horses, beef cattle and dairy calves for the public to pet and interact with. We provided breakfast, coffee, hot cocoa and juice for those who visited, as well as had trivia and give aways. See below, my interview with Illinois Association FFA Section 15 2021-22 Secretary, Riley Kessler.
